1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "799pkr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 799pkr platform accessible at 799pkr.net.
• "Platform" means the 799pkr website, mobile interface, software, games, betting services, and all related features and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any registered user of the 799pkr platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 799pkr platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 799pkr wallet, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency of the 799pkr platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required before certain account actions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 799pkr platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 799pkr platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting our support team.

799pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, 799pkr will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address on the account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 799pkr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 799pkr reserves the right to request government-issued documentation to verify age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 799pkr platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. 799pkr makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in your location. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 799pkr account. This restriction applies per individual, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact 799pkr support immediately.

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including a false name, address, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension. You must keep your registration information up to date by notifying 799pkr of any changes.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 799pkr username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 799pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify 799pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.2 KYC Verification

799pkr may require identity verification at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change of personal details, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 799pkr support. On closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your designated payment method subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and pending bonus conversions are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 799pkr reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts. Players will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied. Dormant accounts retain their balance subject to applicable fee deductions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to 799pkr are made in PKR via the supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfers. 799pkr does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Standard charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider remain the responsibility of the depositing player.

Deposits are credited to your 799pkr balance as soon as payment confirmation is received. 799pkr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank processing times, or network issues on the player's end.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 799pkr targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, though actual transfer times are subject to the receiving bank or mobile wallet's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: (a) KYC documentation is outstanding; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; or (d) the withdrawal amount exceeds established limits without prior approval.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 799pkr platform are denominated exclusively in PKR. 799pkr does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies and will not process withdrawals in currencies other than Pakistani Rupees via standard player wallets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 799pkr are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict. By opting into any 799pkr promotion, you agree to the applicable specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any part of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified, wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting patterns, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers — is prohibited. 799pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games on the 799pkr platform are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface or help documentation. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules apply to that specific game.

Bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the 799pkr system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 799pkr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), odds are subject to change up until market closure. 799pkr reserves the right to suspend, void, or revise betting markets in the event of incorrect pricing, data errors, match postponement, or abandonment. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 799pkr platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your identity or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect bonuses.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 6.3.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals on legitimate deposits without 799pkr's prior agreement.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party without 799pkr's explicit written consent.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

799pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from the account settings area after login.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours up to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (6 months up to 5 years). Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

During a self-exclusion period, 799pkr will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 799pkr platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, design elements, trademarks, and brand identifiers — is the intellectual property of 799pkr or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content without 799pkr's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from reliance on platform content.

799pkr's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The 799pkr platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 799pkr takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service outages, data loss, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

12 Privacy & Data

799pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

799pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

13 Amendments

799pkr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 799pkr will provide advance notice via the registered email address on the account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the header of this document.

Your continued use of the 799pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 799pkr is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Where permitted, disputes may first be referred to 799pkr's internal complaints resolution process. Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal complaint may seek recourse through applicable regulatory channels as specified in 799pkr's licensing terms.
